Mr. Pal was the Managing Director of Cadbury India
since 1983 to 2000 and is now the Chairman. He is actively
involved in Corporate Governance; was the President
of Bombay Chambers of Commerce and Industry, and is
now also the Chairman of a Special Interest Group for
Promotion of Franchising |

Ashok Jain, CEO & MD,
48 years |

A Chemical Engineer and a Post Graduate from NITIE,
Ashok was with Cadbury’s for over 22 years and
was last CEO & MD, Cadbury’s Schweppes (India).
With a wide-ranging experience of Production, EDP, Quality
Control, New Business Planning, Exports and Marketing
of Dollops Ice-creams, Canada Dry and Crush - Ashok
has helped launch over 75 healthcare brands for 25 pharma
clients in India through Goodhealthnyou over last 3
years.
His strengths lie in Business Strategy, Planning &
Executing New Product Development and Launches, Driving
Entrepreneurial Ventures with focus on Distribution,
Marketing and Finance. |

Gangadharan Menon,
Creative Director, 48 years |

Previously Creative Director at McCann, Ogilvy &
Mather, Mudra and founder Chlorophyll. Gangadharan has
handled 69 large brands across his 21 years of experience.
Writing in 4 languages – Hindi, English, Marathi
and Malayalam, he has to his credit over 40 awards nationally
and internationally including Clio, New York Festivals
and London International Awards. His work has appeared
in World Advertising Review, Lurzer’s Archive,
Showcase of Indian Advertising and in The Last Word
( showcase of 16 of India’s finest copywriters).
His strengths lie in Multi-lingual Writing & Conceptualisation
with a strong visual sense. |

Jeetendra Jain, Director,

An Electronics Engineer and an MBA from IIM Bangalore,
Jeetendra was last President Marketing of Venture Infotek.
Prior to this he handled senior management marketing
roles in Thomas Cook (Head of Cards), GE Countrywide
(Head –Marketing). He also launched HLL brands
Dove & Le Sancy working at O & M.
His key strengths lie in New Products & Innovations,
Marketing Strategy and Direct Marketing. |

Rakesh Kirtikar, 38
years, Vice-President, Canada |

Started career with Concept, a corporate and financial
communications company. Overall 16 years of experience
in Account Management with 5 years at Ogilvy & Mather.
Founded Conversations Advertising, a services communications
company.
Handled communication programs for several IPOs in the
90s. Helped Ajanta Pharma with its entry in CIS markets
and test launch herbal teas in European markets.
Major brands worked on include Ajanta Pharma, Philips,
GE Countrywide, Aircommand-Mitsubishi air-conditioners,
Thomas Cook, Citigroup, VIP Blow Plast, Mascon Global
(Chicago) and Titan Watches (IPO).
Based in Canada, he looks after the Canadian Operations. |
